Im on disc 2 of FFXIII an the part im on i only have vanille and sazh and om going up against 2 creatures one of is is named enki i think and enil an idk what stragity i need to beat them their a pain in the butt to defeat so i need some expert advise i am new to the game still

now im at the part where i fight their holyness who turns out to be a fal'ce and when i destoryed 2 of his armor things i get killed i need to know an easier way to beat him, please?

i did and i couldnt understand the patternthat it showed me so what did you do against that pain in the butt fal'ce?
the guide said to start out with lightining, hope, and fang with RAV/SYN/COM to get buffed up then go to RAV/RAV/COM to stagger all of the heads then switch to RAV/RAV/SAB after the heads were buffed then switch to med/med/com to fully heal everyone then finish of the heads then attack the main body then he bows down for an attack with Rav/med/com until their fully heald after the attack thenn it wants me to switch back to rav/rav/com to keep attacking it then switch to med/med/com to heal everyone after he fires the attack.
i just dont get it

use deceptisol and aegisol shrouds this helps alot then switch to paradigm rav/rav hit the water type monster with lightning and stagger him or w8 until he become ****ed coz his ultimate attack dmg his twin brother with a chunk of hp then after that there should be no problem coz if u staggered the water type he's dead then do the same in the other use water based attacks until stagger then he's dead

you use 3 people for this battle, but i got the heads on no problem which is his armor but killing him is the hard part

This battle took me forever. I assume you are playing as lightning. I used Hope and Vanille. I had to fight all the monsters behind the entrance to get money, and upgrades for weapons, (sell incentive/credit chips) I probably did that for an hour and a half.
the actual fight: Rav (Light) Syn (hope) Sab (vanille) I used a librescope to see all the heads weaknesses. tried killing heads whilst hope was powering me up. once hope was done, set to
Rav Rav Rav/Sab (and Med when needed)
once the heads were gone: start fighting. using mostly tri-diaster (rav/rav/rav) and adding a med or three when necessary.
when staggered: swich to Com Rav Rav/Med
his super attack is a pain in the butt: so almost always (I think 100% of the time (not enough proof though)) if you get hit with all three you will die. So there are a few ways to counter act this. One: attack him with Rav Rav Rav He will grunt and not release his full attack
Two: Summon Odin
When he is releasing the attack, or go into gesalt mode when he is releasing the attack.
Further notes: use hope as a Syn whenever you need to. Heal, never let your health get to red. If one or both of your party members has died, summoning Odin will revive them.

oh i thought ur still in enlil nd enkil
barthandelus is not that diffucult if u use shrouds but you must kill him before the shrouds are gone
