You have to go to the reward cards and it's the last card on there and you must do the certain things it tells you to do and once you have done that then it can only be unlocked.

to unlock the BMW m3 GTR in career mode just complete the 4 task in reward card and if you completed the 4 task the BMW m3 gtr will be unlock in career mode and also if you buy the BMW m3 gtr it cost 300,000 cash "MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CASH"

just download the ((mega trainer)) in the the trainers part and enjoy....
