I downloaded this trainer but it will not let me open it. Keeps saying file can not be opened. I have turned off my AV and spy. i am running windows 7 any suggestions.

Thats really odd, im running Windows 7 64-bit and have no trouble opening any of the trainers.

Check your firewall to make sure you didnt deny access to the internet by mistake.

Some AVs cannot be turned off completely. Your option would be to try it again with your AV uninstalled.

AVG and Avira in paticular are known to have severe compatibility issues with CHU's trainers.

but after turning off and uninstalling my anti virus
it still gives me the error that it can not open the file
i am at a lost on how to get it to work

Try deleting the trainer and re-downloading it.
Sometimes the downlaod can bug out.
Also I do not know if you have admin rights to your pc or not.
Sometimes if you do not have the right permission, you can not use trainers.
Try opening it with the "run as admin" button.

Thanks every one i got it at last i had to run my anti virus and then tell it to restore the aka virus or in this case the trainer and then it would let me use it weird but it works hehe
