I can click on the download and it will go and all and then it says my download is being customized for me. I am new here, in fact I am fifteen minutes in, and was wondering if this always takes forever. It is the newest trainer for Divinity 2: The Dragon Knight Saga.

Your Anti-Virus may be blocking the download. Try to download it after disabling it.

any ideas how to do that with Kaspersky AV

Right click tray application > Exit Make sure to say no to "terminate network connections".
