I'll go with Minecraft simply because every game I've played this year, BC2 and MoH excluded, gets so damn boring and annoying after 4-5 or less hours of playing.

I voted for MW2 because I find myself usually playing that more than any other... for now. But as for most addictive, none mentioned. I think the single most addictive games I've played was MOTORACER, Unreal (the first one) Quake 2 and Counter Strike. 1.6 and Source.

Why the hell is there no MMO's or fighting games? I find them genres to be addicting because even if you do suck at them you can still enjoy them playing online. I can't do that with FPS
But World of Warcraft should be the obvious answer.
Honourable mention to TWEWY, because I actually enjoyed grinding.
