what you think the game is bad because of the guns?
No... I believe the game is bad (read: not worth the $60) for many other reasons.
I think that it is a shame that a FPS, based in the past, would have so many historically inaccurate weapons.
Lets face it; when CoD first came on the scene, it was nice to see a game that was, from a historical point of view, accurate with the weapons it presented to the user .
wow first off IFW fab? noooo there a bunch of a$$e$! i never wna get a game they touch. only Mw2 does rock it totaly. shame IFW got there grubby fingers on it. BTW.. talking bnt guns i cant seem to recall ever seing the L96AW in the game on Vet mode. i never saw it! :-( snipering is my fave thats why i lovvve BFBC2 a pure snipers paradise. so where the hell is the L96AW i want a go!!!

They stretch the history. Going with the idea that just because a gun was released to the open market in the 70's doesn't mean its prototypes where not available for field testing before that date.
I'd be more concerned with Sympathy for the Devil being in the game on the level Crash Site when it wasn't released until December 6, 1968, several months after the mission's date.

Well other than looking for the actual date of the Designs themselves, you wont really know about when a gun actually came out, especially if its military, because i can promise you this, by the time the public gets word of it, its old news and has been around for months or even years and they have something else comming up right behind it in Research & Development. HOWEVER on a side note... i want to see a game put in an Anzio 20mm Anti-Material gun as a sniper rifle If that thing isnt a "1 shot 1 kill" gun i dont know what the heck would be =D
Actually back then they had the prototypes of those guns but the only ones that used them were black ops and S.O.G which is who you play as...... also what do you think the veitcong used in the vietnam war, AK 47'sss DUHH!! so please next time dont rant on a game when you know nothing about what your talking about IDIOT!!!
