I've beaten the Tower of Fangs and I have no idea what to do next.

Hope this helps

Spoiler:

head back to the starting island and speak to the demon chick. after some funny translation issues(subtitles dont match the sppech) open your map and you should see you now have access to a new teleporter on a new island.

ps the next island you go to after the savannah is asian in apperence.

Hello guys i need help, i'm stuck at Gorlag's curse quest.
I'm in the cave and i have the key from that corpse, but the door is locked and cannot be unlocked, and i can't continue any further in the game

Use the teleport that Orc Shaman gave you. It's in your inventory.

You mean the Teleport stone? Or is it something else in the inventory? When I use the Teleport stone it only gives me the map to Hatmandoor and the other teleports I activated.
