Well if anyone has questions I submitted my guide yesterday. But I guess no one pays attention to these boards cus someone named dragonlady went and wrote one while I was doing mine and hers is up. Hopefully you'll have 2.

Any help appreciated:
is it possible to upgrade a weapon/armor directly from, say 1 to 10 or 14 etc? whenever i buy new stuff i have to spend a lot of time slowly upgrading it, level by level... that too i can't click on upgrade button immediately after each upgrade... have to wait for a couple of seconds after each upgrade

With or without cheats Actaeon?
I THINK (think am not certain) that you can either addobjecttoinventory or spawn it with a value in parentheses which indicates an items upgrade value.
For example if you were to spawn a theoretical piece of armor called ARMOUR_FALLENANGEL_1077, you could instead call it ARMOUR_FALLENANGEL_1077(250)
Again, I am uncertain of this but somewhere in the back of my mind I recall using it. I didn't put the actual codes or a real armor code in here so as not to create any spoilers.
