Trainer update not registering

Regarding the Mega Trainer (Patch #6 STEAM), Super Health, Super Ammo, No Reload....

Currently the above listed trainer is not registering in the trainer manager as being the most up to date version. Upon replacing the previous version and refreshing the trainer manager the trainer is still listed as being out of date. If this is able to be fixed it would be appreciated.
