Ok so in the beginning You get to make some choices one of tham is weather You want to kill the protesters or Youre friend. I choose friend because i wanted to play good side but if i choose to kill protesters am i able to marry my friend later in the game or no?

Don't know about the guy but the girl if you save her, you get a quest to save her in *kidnapping* from a guy in front of the orphanage in bowerstone industrial. Later you are show a kind of quest starter which shows her in the bowerstone industrial tavern and you are able to marry her, she does not give "take hand" option so you have to marry her if you want to take her around places.
The kidnapping quest happens before you do the quest which takes you onto a boat.
getting married quest happens when you are a king.
