Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I know that it's almost an unheard of title, I've searched around the forums followed your rules and the troubleshooter.. Yet, the trainer says its working.. I know I have the right one, because I tried the other trainers for it and they crash the game. The trainer says I need to be on a certain screen to activate. So I follow that, and on that particular screen it shows that the provided function is working. The only one I cannot get to work is the 100% popularity function. ANd with the other functions, like the budget functions, they work on that screen, but I still get the unpleasant remarks from my advisors telling me that the budget is in dire straights. THen they boot me out of office. Being that it is not a very popular game, I'm not expecting miracles.. I'm just wondering if I'm missing out on a secret step that wasn't included in the instructions or if anyone knows why the trainer is only working in theory and yet I'm still kicked out of office? This game is hard as all get out to stay popular.. Maybe I'll just go back to playing as communist countries and ruling with an iron fist.
