makes forcing a lock always 100%, downside is that you have to enter it each time you start the game (or put it in a batch)

People dont search thats the thing there lazy. Not like me I dont even have to force a lock lock. So I dont even need to worry for it braking. Use some skill people hehe flexes the ultimate bobby pin of uberness.
I agree, it's easy to use the bobby pin mad skillz to open any locks...
It did seem to be more of a challenge back in the Oblivion days however

Better yet, a LOT of commands that use the Setgs command type can be put into a mod .esp if you get FNVEdit from NewVegasNexus, meaning you won't disable achievements for that session for having the cheat activated through the console.
There's already a mod that makes Lock Forcing, Pick-Pocketing, and Terminal-Hacking impossible to fail with only using modified Gamesetting strings.
It makes the player's Pick Pocket Skill Multiplier 100, which means at only 15 sneak (minimum allowed by character creation), even if your mark is looking right at you and detecting you, you can pick their pocket, rob them blind, and stuff a stick of dynamite in their pants without getting caught.
The terminal hacking portion removes all but the successful password from the selections.
I don't think there's one to activate TGM though.
