I have the steam version and it activates but then on loading savegame crashes out

Steam = Patched Version - so no TRainer for this YET.

CH is pretty quick though, they should have one up within the next 24 hours so just hang tight.

steam/patched(hotfixed) versions should run better due to the fact they're solely there to increase performances issues
