You said i should edit the config.ini file? Am I the only one with just a bunch of jibberish in it? (Opened with notepad)
Seems to be limited to the demo, i'm actually thinking they might have added some kind of encryption to the file because they don't want players trying to avoid the 100-turn limit, heck it might even be defined in the config.ini for all we know.
i kinda got past the 100 turn limit. lol
burt you get stuck after you research all the tech that is available in the demo.
well not really all you have to do is Shift + Enter and it goes next turn
I've been able to alter borders by going into the third menu (debug mode panel) "change border" option and pressing middle mouse key on tiles (the right mouse key made some white borders). Tried this in the big tutorial scenario. Seems to work.
The unit creation doesn't work with middle mouse key - creates the same ID-less units which you can't do anything with.
Hope that helps.
update: seems like it only draws border graphics - you still have to buy the tiles around the city. Fail.
Ok guys you place anything with double click in debug panel eaven borders. Hope it helps you. And stop bloking my posts so that even i can't read them for not paying. I mean its not like "It pays to cheat".
Yeh i know double clicking drops the resource, but it drops only the graphic, when you go into the view that shows all nearby resources it isn't activated as a real resource... SO how do you make the graphic of the resource become a usable resource???
Maybe someone can lay out how to drop a working resource cause i got the debug panel up, go to debug mode panel and work with edit resource? But i cant get the graphic to be a active useable resource... Hell i even put down just the graphic of the resource, save the game, reload and the resource i put down, even when i can access the resource, does not show up...
