i remember in Bioshock 1 loading screen was written.."It was not impossible to build rapture under the sea,it was impossible to build it anywhere alse" or something like that..but looks like it's possible to build it in the air too lol...flying rapture..at least were not stuck under the sea..if i get terrified i could just jump out the window and pray for a soft landing lol
