Alright i luckily found the effect that was made permanent before and fixed that. But now i am curious, is there any way to edit an item and have the stats remain changed after you save? Or at least one that changed values for all item types at once instead of just similar levels of them? Annoying to go through all the characters and edit their gear every time you load a game. Though i suppose it's better than nothing, even the Toolset cant really edit their stats apparently.
