Information:
If you use the cheat "FREEALL".. Once you spend a lot of money, it won't let you buy anything. The value of your house can only go up to $100,000. Once the meter on the right in the buy mode is filled with red, you can't buy anything else.

Money trick:
First enter MIDAS and FREEALL at the cheat menu. Go to the new game at get a life. When everything is done with your sim, go to the hot tub with with your girl then when you are inside (remember you have to do this quick because mom will wake your sim up) go to the quit menu and select quit, followed by just quit. Then go to your neighborhood and buy a whole bunch of the monkey buttler(Major Domo). Then select save and quit. Turn off your ps2. When you turn it on, go to the neighborhood without putting the cheats. Then sell all the monkey buttlers you need to get $99,999 simoleans! Save the rest to when you need more cash or when havin a party release them all to have a ragin' partay!

Catch a burgler:
When you move out of your moms house, buy a lot of cool stuff. Then when you see the burgler call the police and catch it because your insurance gives you $2500 and the police gives you $1000.

How to get alot of money:
When you play get a life mode, you start out with not a lot of money. So when you are at your moms house sell everything, because whatever you make in the last round will get carried to the next round. Do this with all the levels because there are only 7 levels

Hint:
If you are trying to move out with a new room mate and (s)he wants you to get your room rating higher but you want to save money then make a chart and on every third day sell all your expensive things before about 3:15 and you don't have to pay for the expensive thing at all!

Hint:
If your Sim has no outgoing points on personality your Sim can live without talking to another Sim for 3 to 4 weeks. If your Sim has a lot of outgoing points on personality then your Sim has to talk to other Sims mostly every day. So, you better be careful about living with other Sims or not.

More Time Trick:
If you can't get to work and there's a person living with you, you can ask them to stand in front of the car for the time you need!
