Got the same issue with both versions (7526 and the HF version) the set items option does not work! on the HF version it just jumps between the value of the item and 129 in the editor and nothing happens on the non HF version the game crashes with a "fatal error" UE4 crash notification (on both options btw. not just the item editor but the "set to" the Strange thing is that the game menu says there are still on 7526 so it should work! Question from me!: What is the difference between the HF and the non HF version)
HF stands for Hot Fix, likely game came out with a fix to a game error that wasn't significant enough to change the build ID. Still needs a 3rd update request to be looked into though.

Currently there are 2 reports of the latest trainer needing an update. It takes at least 3 reports before a game is evaluated for an update.

Just wantyed to say I tried this version of the trainer for a couple days and everytime I use the Item number cheat it CTD's the game. all other options seem to work fine but #5
Looks like the trainer might have an issue, put your findings in an update request so it can be looked into.
General reminder that posts with issues here and not update requests don't get looked at. Help yourselves and others by putting in that update request if the trainer is running into issues.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.

I did put it there but sadly there are only 2 current votes for the trainer so I assume that means we are basically SoL as far as getting this fixed... very frustrating tbh.
