Thanks, but i was actually just looking for a way to unlock all 3 special weapons, just that. Ill try using the links you gave me to solve that up tho, thanks.

Simply use gibbed save editor, open it up, open your save (Back it up first of course.) then go to the Skills/Upgrades tab. Click the '+' next to Weapons-bonus, you will see a few options change the value from 0 to 2 to get all the weapons from the Collector ship, and even the special training if you are a Biotic like me. (Adept class.)
However, be warned, if you give yourself all training being a Biotic, you cannot use a heavy weapon again for some reason. Your character is not meant to carry all those weapons I assume, being a Biotic.

Just copy and paste the weapon loadouts from the .ini I linked over the entries in your own.
PlayerSpecialWeapons=(WeaponClassName="SFXGameContent_Inventory.SFXWeapon_MachineGun"
PlayerSpecialWeapons=(WeaponClassName="SFXGameContent_Inventory.SFXWeapon_FlakGun"
PlayerSpecialWeapons=(WeaponClassName="SFXGameContent_Inventory.SFXWeapon_MassCannon"
Those are their names, not sure on what that particular .ini uses to unlock them from the get-go, as I usually set them to unlock when I unlocked the hand cannon.
