I have 2 ORIGINAL multilingual versions, internet digital download from Ubisoft website, and the other in a store with original dvd, and all them crash, with dx9 and dx11 trainers. I tried it with compatibility mode Xp with sp1-2-3, vista .....
All crash, please make soon other trainer for multilingual versions, not only for North American ....., not all live in North American ... Thanks.
I have the same problem, but I have downloaded the file uploaded by zcenicx and the trainer works fine!!!!!!
Not by me, LordJB deserves all the credit for that one.
I was however able to test the EMEA exe with the US release, it does work as long as you don't attempt to switch languages to any other than English, in which case it crashes.
If you're interested to help the Euro crowd, PWiz?

Soryy PWizard didn't know there was a different version of 1.01, seems likely to be split into US English and UK English then if it doesn't work.
Shouldn't be too difficult to get past if I can acquire the 1.01 update manually for the different regions available to further test this.
EDIT: Ah I see, Patches Scrolls updated with links to both, previously there was only a notice that it was available via the game update function.
Should make testing easier.
EDIT: Exes are identical in terms of size but Winmerge comparison shows them to differ heavily, likely to be language related mainly such as the US exe only supporting English instead of the full Multi-5 EU variety, good to know.
EDIT: US and EU exe files, renamed as to be clear which is which and primarily intended as a workaround to allow people to use the US exe files with the trainer and thus be compatible with it, should work though might remove different language support outside of the default English one.

(Multiupload link, I assume this is OK as a workaround to solve the issue somewhat but just remove the link if it isn't, just trying to help.)

have started the game via the new .exe but when I press F1 I hear "trainer did not find game".
what made I wrong ?
You must rename the new .exe to the same name as the original .exe.
Thus the file called HAWX2_DX11_US.exe will have to be renamed HAWX2_DX11.exe.
Works now. Thanks.
