you mean mania or dementia, well, mania is more colorful and dementia is deathly and dark, if you enter mania first, you get something relating to i think golden saints, dard seducers for dementia

well its kinda good bad. Good: Mania-City:Bliss-Guards:Golden Knights Bad: Dementia-City:Crucible-Guardsark Seducers
I chose Dementia.
But it doesnt really matter it doesnt make a difference too the end of the game.

The only difference at the beginning is you get a differnt daily spell thing depending on which door is choosen.
Cheating has two definitions. The winner's and the loser's. The losers call you out on it when you beat them. The winners just call it playing with style.

I think when you go in Dimentia, you get Madness Ore, and when you go in Mania, you get Amber Ore. Because when I'm in Dimentia, all I get is Madness Ore. Then I go in Mania with another account, and all I get is Amber Ore.
Also, in Dimentia it's Dark Seducer Guards. And in Mania it's Golden Saint Guards.
They also have blessings. Dimentia has the Dimentia Blessing, and Mania has Mania Blessing.
Another thing is, they have different paths to the town. At the exact same time, I went in on one account into Dimentia, and didn't see anyone. When I went in Mania, I saw a guy. His last name is Doom-Sayer.
The citys have a different name also. Dimentia's city name is Crucible. And Mania's city is called Bliss.
Hope that helped, and if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask.

I thought Mw2 sucked before I tried it, it's like playing in a movie! Though it sucks that I'm the worst player in every game I join. :(

Hmm I think the most missed point is:
Mania: The people are mean and uptight towards you.
