if I have the trainer running and someone joins me in multiplayer, is there any affect on their game?

if I have the trainer running and I join someone elses game, is there any affect on their game?

I dont want to mess up or affect someone elses game if I have to play some of the game with someone else.

Simple answer, don't run the trainer when going online.
we do not support cheating online.

For Caliber regarding locking adrenaline:

There is an option for it, yes. In the editor, there's a lock icon. It seems that there's something either not properly locking or an incorrect address. I don't think it's the latter, as it seems to be reading (mostly?) correct data.
