Regarding MegaXP, I think the difference between gained levels is due to bigger xp requirement compared to previous levels and thus the xp amount gained is not enough to jump same amount of levels than on lower levels rather than being a cap..
I originally thought this too. But then I've tried going into an incursion and rack up as many points as possible, AND tried going into an incursion, get a few kills and exfil.
Results are the same, thanks to the buffed XP gain, it helped hopped from 0 > 5 > 8 > 10. I've all my operators maxed out now, but all of them required 3 plays, regardless of how much, or how little I did in the mission.

Has anyone tried matchmaking with it on yet? If I was to matchmake without the trainer on, I assume I'd want to switch the BattleEye file back to the normal one as well?
I cannot confirm whether it was the Launcher in my game folder, or the fact that the Trainer was activated in the back ground but when I forgot I was using it and decided to queue with a buddy, I was hit with a Battle Eye error that crashed the game. I closed the trainer and put the original launcher back in the game folder and I was able to queue no issue - obviously without the trainer active though.
