My temporary solution for this. I reversed to a version where the trainer worked, gave me money, then updated the game again. In the last version of the game you can easily find Energy with a hex editor and just freeze it or refill it when it goes to zero. I haven't tried health yet.
Press ESC, hover your Energy with the mouse, search INT4 in your hex editor, do some stuff so the energy goes down, ESC, hover, sieve your results, etc. In 3-4 steps you will get your Energy pointers, I think you should have 2.

The Trainer itself works very nicely.
They just had to remove the option for building without Materials and completing quests without having the items.
Energy and Money works just fine.
