Error at #character Creation: Cannot find AOB

I activate the trainer and that is what I get. The trial version worked without issue, this one some reason gives me an error.

I've tried reinstalling the game and the restarting the trainer and the error persists.

On what distribution platform do you own the game? STEAM or GOG? Do you get this error every time you start the trainer?

My copy of Planescape torment enhanced edition was downloaded from GoG.com. when I try to use the trainer for the enhanced edition I get a warning that I have to put a disk in my PC. Since I downloaded the game I do not have a play disk. What can I do now?

My trainer is asking me to insert disk in E:/, F:/, etc.

This can happen if you have something listed as a removable disk which is invalid, such as a printer or unplugged USB drive.

Got a issue with this trainer this morning : it crashes at startup. It was working fine a couple of days ago. I got a windows 10 update yesterday. Maybe it is related.

I got this in windows logs, an exception with code 0xc0000005 :

Tried to shut down windows defender, launch as admin, still crashing. I added directory Work to Windows Defender Exclusion List, still crashing. Any ideas about why this is happening ? The issue is related to my computer or to the trainer ?

What AV do you have besides Windows Defender? Any Comodo or Malwarebytes products?

None. I only have Windows Defender as AV software.

I've downloaded the latest trainer and it runs fine on multiple computers. In order to see if any software etc. is blocking/crashing the trianer you can run Windows in safe boot and then launch the trainer.
