Hello, today I was feeling down and decided to play an old favorite of mine, Overlord 2 on pc. I opened the old CH trainer for it and it said invalid user please download again etc. I did so and now it still says the same thing. I disabled my firewall and rebooted and nothing changed. I tried other pre-Aurora trainers and none of them are working at all. Windows defender is the only security software I have so it should not be interfering. Please help me with this.

I've done that and it did not help. When I open the trainer it tells me invalid user and unauthorized trainer etc. I can use Aurora just fine but none of my older trainers work at all.

have you tried getting a offline key for the stand alone trainers?

This issue is almost ALWAYS caused by your security software interfering/blocking the trainer or authentication process.

Do the older trainers use a different authentication method from Aurora because I use that fine. I only use Windows Defender and I have disabled the virus stuff and the firewall and they still don't work. I disabled everything in settings/security.

Yes, completely different.

I generated an offline key and placed it in my \documents\my trainers folder and overwrote the old one and all is good now, thanks guys.
