That's because it doesn't for some. I guess you're lucky. I JUST installed the game, tried to launch the trainer and the Cheat Happens trainer manager just stays in a loading circle of death where I need to ctrl+alt+del it. All my other trainers work but this one wont even launch. Just stops responding when you hit launch

IMHO, that's on you and your PC and not on the patch that was released today.

Maybe antivirus?

Can I use this trainer in this game without problems? I say this because since he is cooperative ..., I intend to use him in single player mode.

Should I play it with Steam in offline mode?

As long as you use the trainer for single player only, you should be fine. But there is never a guarantee. Every game with a multiplayer/online component carries the same risk when using a trainer. Always best to use it on a game that will not go online and to disconnect from the internet when possible.

Easy level up doesnt work for fighting skills it seems... run/jump work fine.
