As others have shared in the past, the "always win auto battles" option can result in pantheon points not being gained. If you have used that option, then it's the likely cause of it. So avoid using that particular option if you want pantheon progression.

As for crashes, the game has issues of its own, especially after many turns. Have you tried playing without the trainer to see if it still crashes?

I have. I actually run a few turns without it to help get things 'settled' again.

Though I am testing many things to recreate or fix the issues, one thing that has helped me is NOT activating the trainer until I am actually loaded onto a map versus when I first start the game. Not sure if that's an impact or I'm just getting lucky.

I'm also finding better luck not using the win auto battles feature. I'm going to continue that too so my leaders aren't locked out from Pantheon ascension.
