1. I wrote this FAQ so everyone that plays this game could easily figure out how
to get all of the characters in the game. Since there can be a lot of confusion 
with this I tried to make the FAQ as organized as possible. I hope this will help
you if you are wanting to know how to get everything in the game.

2.  Dragon world unlocks

Yamcha:

Use Tien and beat Nappa.

----------

Nappa:

Use Vegeta and beat Nappa.

----------

Recoome:

Use anyone you would like and beat Recoome.

----------------

Vegeta:

Use Goku and beat Vegeta.

Captain Ginyu:

Use Vegeta and beat Captain Ginyu.

Frieza:

Use Goku and beat Frieza.

Trunks:

Use Kid trunks and beat Vegeta

Dr. Gero:

Use anyone you would like and beat Dr. Gero.

Android 16:

Use Goku and beat Android 16.

Use Krillin and beat Android 18.

I got most of this information onto my game, then put it into this FAQ, thanks to my Prima 
strategy guide. Of course, all of the unlocks are put in my own words and such, and
organized in my own way. Note: I copied this information from my game, not the book.
I got some of the stuff on my game from the book though.

3. Babidi's Spaceship unlocks

kili is currency, once you get enough kili you can buy the following:

Dabura: 300 kili

Majin Buu: 1200 kili

Super Buu: 2400 kili

Kid Buu: 3600 kili

4. Fusion Unlocks

In this order:

Gotenks: Map 7. You don't have to do anything special to get this, just beat the level.
(Fusion of Trunks and Goten)

Vegito: You must have Goku and vegeta meet eachother on map 8, you should
save your game before attempting it as this can be difficult, and you
will only get one shot during the game. (Fusion of portoras, Goku and Vegeta)

Tiencha: Tien and Yamcha's breakthroughs (Fusion of Tien and Yamcha)

Gokule: Goku and Hercule's breakthroughs (Fusion of Goku and Hercule)

Kabitoshin: Supreme Kai's breakthrough. (Fusion of portoras, Kabito and Supreme Kai)
