This is Carpe Fulgar's third translated japanese indie game! Yes, the main character is a cute little girl again. Ok, maybe not as cute, she's got a giant sword on her back at all times, even when she goes to school. If you haven't played Carpe Fulgar's other games, Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale and Chantelise: A Tale of Two Sisters, I recommend at least checking them out if you like anime-style shop-keeping dungeon-crawling goodness. Basic Controls -------------- These are controls that all characters have. Special abilities will be listed in a separate section. Left arrow key: move left Right arrow key: move right Down arrow key: crouch Up arrow key: enter area or door/block Double tapping the left/right arrow key will let you run. Pressing the down arrow key while running will make you slide to a stop. The monsters in this game has more brains, such that they often dodge or counter your attacks. Spamming attacks in this game won't get you very far; you need to time your attacks, like attack right after you block an enemy attack. Each character's abilities will be elaborated on in a different section. This section is for some basic info. There are five different game difficulties: Easy, Normal, Hard, Expert, and Nightmare. Nightmare is only available once you beat the game at least once. You can change the game difficulty anytime you want in the game. Setting to harder difficulties gives you more experience from monsters. I recommend having Auto-Guard on, especially when you're fighting more than one monster, which is most of the time. If you decide to turn it off, the up arrow key is the guard key. (Sana shakes like a real wimp when she guards.) There are a total of 20 Marks of Heroism in the entire game. Each one increases your level cap by one and also increases the amount of money you can carry. The highest level attainable in this game is 23. The highest amount of copper you can carry is 140,000. Hence, you should use all your [Power Drops] on Arche. Defense reduces the damage you take from physical attacks. Spirit increases the damage done with magic attacks, so it's important for Sana and Stella. Use [Good Child Drops] on them. Resist reduces the damage you take from magic. There are a few status effects in this game. Poisoned: take damage over time, and it does NOT go away if you are in a dungeon or cave. Use Venom-Away to get rid of it or Sana's ability. Frozen: immobile for a time period, getting hit ends it Sleep: immobile for a long time, getting hit reduces the duration, will end if enemy that caused it is killed Confused: will attack friend and foe alike, ends when time runs out or when enemy that caused it is killed There are a few items that prevent them except freeze. **-----------------------** || || [WLKTH] || [Walkthrough] || || || **-----------------------** Watch the shiny crystal floating in the middle of nowhere. "Elemental Stones: stones imbued with the power of an Elemental Spirit, which grant the wielder of one the ability to control that element via 'magic'. Elemental stones are now mass-produced and widely used, making magic a personal, commonplace part of people's lives. You and your family has just moved in at the Town of Tonkiness. Go ahead and explore your new house. First, talk to your Dad. After that, head up the stairs and talk to your Mom. She wants you to get rid of some crates and barrels in their bedroom. Go ahead and go through the door right behind her. Apparently Arche's idea of getting rid of things is just destroying them with her sword. Draw your sword and destroy the two barrels, two pots, and the single crate. Now before you leave, check the closet for a [Stronggirl Juice]. Funny how they tell you twice when you get money or items. Let's leave the bedroom and check out Arche's own bedroom. Go up the stairs to the top floor. Check the bookcase for a book titled 'Magical Girl Merrin Part 1/12'. Go ahead and read it just for the heck of it. Check your drawer(the one with the doll and flowers on top) for 10 [Copper Coins]. If you check your study desk just to the right of the drawer, you'll find a book called 'Book of Sword Secrets'. It asks you if you want to read it but apparently it's too hard for you right now! NOTE: After you have beaten the game once, reading this book in a new game will grant you some of Arche's skills instantly instead at their required level. It's just a little boost for your new game. Examine the closet to the right of your bed to find [Melshee Chocolate] x2. The chest in the corner of your room is where you can store items. Your storage box holds up to 128 items. Now go back and talk to your mother. Now she wants you to push a big box against the left wall of the storage room. Go back to the first floor and go through the door. Simply walk against the giant crate until it hits the left wall. You do not need to destroy the pot and barrel as they will not obstruct the crate. If you accidentally destroy the crate, just walk back out and in the storage room. Go back and talk to Arche's mom again. Go down and talk to your dad now. He wants you to go to the weapon store and pick up a knife. Leave the house. You are now free to explore the rest of the town. Enter the building left of your house. Check the drawer right next to the door for a [Tough Drop]. Leave and head all the way right to the next area. Destroy the barrel to your left for 5 [Copper Coins]. Just for fun, if you talk to the dog it will follow you. Head to the left and enter the Inn. Enter the room on the left and on the bookshelf there will be the book 'Prank Magic Encyclopedia'. Exit the room, go upstairs and check the drawer with the flowers. It will contain 1 [Silver Coin]. One silver coin is basically 10 [Copper Coins]. Strangely, this game only shows copper and gold currency, no silver. Therefore, I will convert silver into copper when I list it in items. Go to the very left of the second floor and check the closet for a [Mentama Drop]. Exit the Inn and head to the very right and enter the Boutique. Enter the door on the right and go up the stairs and examine the drawer with the two dolls. You will get [Underwear] for females... panty thief! Here they currently sell [Woven Gloves] which goes in Armor slot #2. The other things they sell are simply vanity items that change the color of your clothing. Only the dresses and hairbands are wearable by Arche. Check the study desk with the teddy bear for the book 'Magical Girl Merrin Part 2/12'. Read it if you want. Leave the store and enter the street to the left of it. Enter the closest building. Enter the door on the right and go to the very end of the room. Check the closet for 1 [Silver Coin] or 10 [Copper Coins]. Exit and go up to the second floor and enter the nearest door. Check the drawers on the very left for [Melshee Chocolate] x2. There is nothing to see in the room on the right so leave the building. Enter the building to the left. The door on the first floor is locked. Go to the second floor and search the dresser with the mirror for a [Green Beret]. I think it's about time we picked up that dagger. Head back to where the Inn was; the weapon store is right next to the Inn. Inside the weapon store, go to the far right of the room and check the drawer for [Underwear]...this one's for males. The door here is locked so talk to the man and get that dagger. It will be evening now when you leave the weapon shop. Head back to your house and talk to your parents to finish the day. The game will ask you if you want to save. You will be able to manually save at inns or once you reach the school the next day. **-----------------------** || || [DAY02] || [Day 2] || || || **-----------------------** *----------------------------------* | Town of Tonkiness \ *------------------------------------* |Objective: Go to school. | |Monsters: | - Blue Slime | - Green Slime | - Snake | |Items: | - [Herb] x3 | - [Herb] x3 | *------------------* In the morning, your mom will give you 3 [Herbs]. Have you noticed that capsule machine near the door? You can play it for 20 CP per try. If you go to the weapons shop, you will notice there's a new woman there. Have a humorous chat with her and then you can get some sword lessons from her. You still can't buy any weapons though. To exit town, go to the clothes store and exit to the right of it. If you fall down the pits, you will lose 5 HP each time so try not to. In the next area, there will be two Blue Slimes. Slice 'em up. Watch the cutscene and see the dramatic magic just to heal your ankle. Sana, the healer girl will now accompany you to school. If you have any equipment for Sana, equip them on her now. Also, she can wear the smocks and berets at the clothes store. The next area will contain Snakes and a Green Slime. You should have no problem defeating them. Check the chest on the ledge for 3 [Herbs]. Head right to get to the Minasa-Ratis Magic School. *----------------------------------* | Minasa-Ratis Magic School \ *------------------------------------* |Objective: Get an elemental stone. | - Talk to Stella | - Go explore the cave | |Monsters: | - Snake | - Green Slime | |Items: | - [Copper Coin] x58 | - [Power Drop] x1 | *------------------* Watch the cutscene. Arche will get introduced to the class. When it's time to learn magic, it turns out you don't have a stone to use. Colm will mention there being one in some nearby cave. You decide to check that cave out to see if you can find a stone to use. Go ahead and talk to all the students in the room, but make sure you talk to Stella, the girl on the far left. Talk to her a second time so she shows you her elemental stone. You can't leave the classroom until she does so. Also, the bookshelf behind her has the book 'Magical Girl Merrin Part 3/12'. Leave the classroom and smash the pot nearby to get a [Power Drop]. Enter the second door to the right on the second floor and the bookshelf to your left will contain 'Magical Girl Merrin Part 4/12'. Nothing else to do here unless you want to talk to some npcs. The school library is the door to the very right on the first floor. There are four books but cannot read any of them. A useful person here is the nurse, whose office is located just left of the library. You can rest there and heal up and also save your progress. She also sells some medicine. There is nothing else to do here so leave the school. Enter the road to the right of school; it leads to the school barn. Enter the barn and smash the barrel on the left to get 4 [Copper Coins]. Destroy the crate on the right to get 5 more [Copper Coins]. Now leave the barn and go back in. Jump on the crate, then jump up to your left to land on the second floor. Check the chest for 24 [Copper Coins]. Go to the very right of the room to get back to the first floor. Leave the Barn and exit the area. Now leave the school by exiting to the very right. Avoid the first pit. Go down the second pit and check the chest to get 25 [Copper Coins]. Jump back up and continue. Avoid both pits here and go past the guard. Enter the cave. *----------------------------------* | Mountain Cave \ *------------------------------------* |Objective: Explore the cave. | |Monsters: | - Green Slime | - Huge Bat | |Items: | - [Copper Coin] x3 | - [Herb] x3 | *------------------* It's a good idea to always have your weapon drawn. You'll encounter some slimes and bats here. Continue to the next area. Enter the hole, kill the bats and loot the chest for [Herb] x3. Go back to the area with the moving platform. Kill the bat before jumping onto the moving platform. Go on to the next area. Defeat the monsters and continue on... Destroy the crate for 3 [Copper Coins]. You'll notice an empty chest and now watch the cutscene... Don't bother going in the water for now, you can't swim. ): Time to go back the way you came. *----------------------------------* | Minasa-Ratis Magic School \ *------------------------------------* |Objective: Go back to town. | |Monsters: | - Snake | - Green Slime | |Items: | - None | *------------------* If you want, you may rest at the nurse and save before you go back home. Sana will accompany you back to town. *----------------------------------* | Town of Tonkiness \ *------------------------------------* |Objective: Go home. | |Items: | - None | *------------------* You are now able to purchase weapons from the weapons store now. If you go to the Inn, you will notice an Old Man...talk to him and he'll say there's an elemental stone in that cave you were just at...it's probably past all that water though. Also, you can now rest and save at the Inn like at the nurse, except that to rest you must pay 3 [Copper Coins]. It will become nighttime when you enter your home. You probably have enough money to spare by now to give the capsule machine a try. Below are the possible prizes from it: Arche will say "aww..." if you get these: [Bouncy Ball] x22 [Dudely Eraser] x16 [Prank Chocolate] x23 [Mentama Drop] x30 [Cupid Doll] x21 Arche will say "yay!" if you get these: [Merrin Card] x22 [Magic Ranger Card] x17 [Guardian Badge] x15 [Merrin Gum] x5 [Copocola Strap] x5 [Merrin's Staff] x1 The numbers next to them is the number I have gotten of each item to give you an estimate of the chance you'll get it. The Staff seems impossible to get... FINALLY got the staff after 177 tries! :D Speak to both your parents, then go up to your room to trigger a scene. **-----------------------** || || [DAY03] || [Day 3] || || || **-----------------------** *----------------------------------* | Mountain Cave \ *------------------------------------* |Objective: Go check out the cave again. | -Talk to Sana | -Use Sana to see what's in the water | -Pull the lever | |Monsters: | - Green Slime | - Huge Bat | - Snake | |Items: | - [Cloth Armor] x1 | - [Good Child Drop] x1 | - [Herb] x3 | - [Copper Coin] x48 | - [Elemental Stone 'Eolamest'] | *------------------* Looks like you're going to go back to that cave again. You can now buy stuff from your Dad. Yes, you have to pay. You may notice a 'Help Out' option under Buy and Sell. He will ask you to get an item. After you bring it to him, that item will then be sold at the store so it's a good idea to do so. Go ahead and leave the town, go all the way to school. School is out, but still feel free to use the nurse to rest and save. Go to the school barn. Talk to Sana and she will join you in your cave adventures. You can now play as Sana if you want. Press 'Enter' to switch between party members. Sana's elemental stone, [Elemental Stone 'Eolamest'], will also now show up in your special inventory. Now enter the cave. Don't worry about Sana not getting past the moving platform, she will show up again once you move to the next area. Now switch control to Sana in order to check what's in the water. Get through the water and flip the lever. Now Arche can get through too! Now you have control of Arche again. Head over and talk to Sana. Enter the next area and pull the lever. Go through the newly unlocked area and enter the hole. You will see two platforms on chains. You must jump quickly to the other side before they fall. Open the chest to get [Cloth Armor]. Go back and exit the area. Backtrack and go down the pit. Pull the second lever and go to your right. Enter this tunnel. Go to the far left and push the crate to the edge but NOT off the edge. Switch over to Sana and have her jump onto the weight. Now press F3 TWICE. Sana should stay put. Switch back over to Arche. Now go under the weight and pull the lever with a sun symbol. Leave the area. Don't worry if Sana doesn't jump off the platform. She'll be right behind you when you leave that room. Press F3 if your icon in the bottom left under F3 is still an anchor. Basically F3 toggles your party to follow you, stay still, or to fight freely. Go left. The pillar blocking that path should be gone now. Enter the tunnel. Jump over the pit and enter the first opening. Go to the right to find a chest with a [Good Child Drop]. The left is not accessible to you for now. Exit this area and enter the next tunnel to your right. Before you try to open that fancy door, go to the far right for two chests containing [Herb] x3 and 48 [Copper Coins]. Well, looks like it needs a key. Time to go all the way back. Again. Shame. On your way back you'll run into the boys again. Talk to them for fun if you want. They'll be wondering what you guys did to the water ('What the crap crackers?!'). Exit the cave for an event. Now run all the way home and beat up snakes and bats on the way! Watch the scene. Save if you want. **-----------------------** || || [DAY04] || [Day 4] || || || **-----------------------** *----------------------------------* | Minasa-Ratis Magic School \ *------------------------------------* |Objective: Go home. | |Monsters: | -Snake | -Green Slime | |Items: | - None | *------------------* Your next day will begin with you in class already. You will gain control when you're outside. Talk to your classmates to see them use magic. Watch Sana douse Colm, Colm flip Ellie's skirt, Ellie grow flowers, Leon create some static electricity, or the Class President drop rocks on her own head. You can also ask Stella to demonstrate her fire power again. Talk to the teacher and she says you can watch. Talk to her again and she will ask if you learned anything. Just say yes, or no if you want. You will all now return to the classroom. After a little talk, class will end for the day. Feel free to talk to your classmates. Stella sure sounds an awful lot like a certain person from Recettear... *----------------------------------* | Town of Tonkiness \ *------------------------------------* |Objective: Open the door in the cave. | -Search the storage room | -Find the Old Key | -Go back to the cave | |Monsters: | - None | |Items: | - Old Key | *------------------* You are free to roam around today. Or maybe not. Your message today has your mom telling you to come home right away. Go home and talk to your mom. She'll talk to you about that elemental stone you need. Sana will show up and you two will search for the stone together in the storage room. Search the pot on the far left of the room. You won't find a stone, but you'll find a key. HMM, I wonder what it opens?! Well, time to head back to that cave for the third time! I'm sure you can find your way back, but before that I recommend gearing Sana up a bit. There will be a boss fight in the cave. *----------------------------------* | Mountain Cave \ *------------------------------------* |Objective: Open the door. | |Monsters: | - Green Slime | - Blue Slime | - Huge Bat | - Snake | - Vile Skeleton (Boss) | |Items: | - [Green Smock] x1 | - [Mystery Juice] x1 | - [Memory Photo 1] | - [Good Child Drop] x1 | - [Power Drop] x1 | - [Mysterious Elemental Stone] | - [Stone Tablet 1] | - [Stone Tablet 2] | *------------------* Well what do you know, the key fit perfectly! You will be inside a castle/dungeon like place now. Go to the right and examine the bones to creep Sana out. Go left and head down the stairs. Enter the door closest to you. Enter the door closest to you again. Search the chest on the RIGHT. The one on the left is a poison gas trap. You will find a [Green Smock]. Exit the room and go back through the door on the left. The door you didn't go through just leads to the same room. Now enter the door on the right. Jump over the pit and enter the door. Go left and push the stone block over the blue button on the floor. Go up the stairs. Examine the statue. Drinking the water will heal you and you can also save here. Leave the room. Push the stone block to the right where the moving platform is. It will lift the stone up to the higher floor. Push the block off the platform when it's high enough and keep pushing the block until it's on the blue botton on the right. The gate will open. Destroy the crate to get [Mystery Juice]. Enter through the fancy doors. You will get your first Mark of Heroism. It increases your level cap and the amount of money you can carry. Your max level increases from 3 to 4 and you can now hold 2000 copper instead of 1000. Push the block on the right to the very right so you can jump up to pull the lever with the moon symbol. Leave the room. Backtrack and leave this room too. Go down the stairs on the right. Go right, jump over the pits and enter the room. Continue right and there will be two chests. The one on the left triggers a spike trap from above. The one on the right contains...nothing. Lame? Maybe. You should notice the spike trap now triggers every time you walk under it. Be quick and jump ON the trap as it falls. When it goes back up, it will act as an elevator. Get off and there should be three chests! One on the far right contains [Memory Photo 1]. One in the center has a [Good Child Drop], and the last one has a [Power Drop]. [Memory Photo 1] is a special item and can be viewed. It's a picture you saw earlier in the game. Go back down and leave this room. Go to the far left and enter the fancy doors. Watch the cutscene. Skeleton! This is a boss and he's not even that easy on easy mode... that or I just suck. He's hard to beat with Arche alone. It is probably due to the fact that your sword has awful reach. He can also cast a spell that puts anyone near him to sleep. If you die, you'll have to make your way through the whole cave again, so please, don't die. Best way to defeat him is to take his hits and keep him away from Sana while Sana ices the crap out of him, or you can take control of Sana and you can ice the crap out of him. Basically, let Arche tank the skeleton while Sana deals the damage, especially if Sana doesn't have any gear! Now that the vile skeleton is defeated, go down the stairs. Run through the hall and at the end...a shiny stone! And wait, some weird levitating bunny thing called Chiffon appears and tells you that this elemental stone is now yours! There is an old granny that lives next door to you. Enter her home and talk to her and she'll say her grandson, the guard who won't let you in the shrine, has forgotten his lunch. You agree to deliver the lunch to him. You get a [Handmade Lunch]. Bring the guard his lunch. He won't let you in just yet though. Go back to the area with the Inn and stores. Go all the way left out of town. You'll encounter some Green Slimes and Mothbees. Keep going until you see a woman in a blue dress and a guard. Destroy the crates around the guard for 3 [Silver Coins] or 30 [Copper Coins], a [Slime Bean], and a [Guardian Drop]. Now talk to the woman in the blue dress and Arche will tell her about the guard wanting to get married. She'll give you a [Love Letter]. Now deliver that to the guard. Finally, he's gone! Enter the shrine. Before you proceed right or through the wooden door, go all the way left to the next area and grab your second Mark of Heroism. Your max level is now 5 and you can hold 4000 copper. Go back to the previous area and enter the wooden door in the water. You need to play as Sana in this area. There are a lot of monsters you need to take on as Sana alone. Cast shield, then cast your ice attack. It should take care of them easy. Check the two chests on the other side for [Better Herb] and [Magic Candy]. You can stand on the red button on the bottom right side to drain the water. Not really needed anymore though, unless you're having trouble with the monsters with Sana alone. Go all the way right and go down the stairs. Jump past the platforms and pass the door. Jump past the second set of platforms and there will be two chests. They contain [Venom-Away] and [Leather Armor]. Jump back across and enter the door. Jump up and continue right to the next area. Enter the wooden door. Go right into the next area and you will find another Mark of Heroism! Your max level is now 6 and you can hold 6000 copper. There is nothing in the room to the left. Go back through the door and continue right. Switch over to Sana to get through the water. If you can't take care of the monster alone, go all the way right and stand on the button to drain the water to let Arche come and take care of them. Push the wooden platform to the right, jump up and continue. After you take care of the monsters, have Sana go down in the water to get two chests. They will contain [Memory Photo 2] and a [Good Child Drop]. Go on to the next area. Switch to Sana again. There are way too many Merkids here so best idea is to use Shield, then run all the way right and step on the button that drains the water. Once the monsters are taken care of, check the two chests for [Better Herb] and a [Power Drop]. Go back and push the platform to the left until it is next to the ledge. Jump up and step on the button. Now backtrack all the way to the door that leads to the moving/falling platforms. Don't enter the door but continue left down in the shallow water. Push the block and enter the fancy doors. Watch the scene. There will be one Merkid, Merkid Mage, and Merkid Leader. Take out the two regular merkids first then finish the leader. Go on to the next area and there will be a third Mark of Heroism. Max level is now 7 and you can hold 8000 copper. Continue to the next area and you will obtain [Wind Crest 1]! Go back two areas and you will run into the boys. After that, leave this area. It'll be evening. Watch the scene. Go back to town. Sana will go home. Been a while since we last read one of these hm? Exit through the door on the right and smash the pots for a [Walnut Chocolate]. Go back through the doors back outside. Go right until you reach the windmill you first passed by. The girl by the goat will sell you [Fresh Milk] for 8 CP if you want any. Enter the windmill. Jump on the crates and jump up to reach the barrel. Destroy it for 5 [Silver Coins] or 50 [Copper Coins]. Now jump down and destroy the crate on the RIGHT with your Down Stab skill. Push the remaining crate to the left until you can jump up to reach the chest. The chest contains [Magic Candy] x1. Exit the windmill. Enter the building to the right. Destroy the pot next to you for a [Chest Sash]. The bookshelf to the far right has a book but it's unreadable. Exit the house and go left and go down the street. Enter the item shop. They have a much larger selection than your dad's shop. Buy anything you need/want. He sells [Revival Potion]s, which can come in handy when you're deep inside a cave or dungeon. He also has some nice upgrades for your gear, but it's expensive. There is a storage chest to the right you can use. Check the closet on the right for a [Tough Drop]. Leave the shop and enter the Inn. It costs 6 CP to rest here. Save if you want. Enter the door on the right. Search the drawer with the giant vase for [Taiyaki]. Jump on the crate in the corner and jump up to the second floor. Check the bookshelf for a book called 'Secret Magic Tome'. Well, it's too hard for you right now. Oh well. Leave the building. NOTE: After you have beaten the game once, reading this book in a new game will grant you some of Sana's skills instantly instead at their required level. It's just a little boost for your new game. Leave the town from the way you came. When you're back at the road with the signpost that says 'To Barness Village', head left in that area. The next area should have another road and the sign should say it goes to Weathervane Tower. The bottom will contain two chests, one with [Herb] x3 and one with [Stronggirl Juice]. Exit this cave and continue making your way right. You'll reach another cave at the end. You'll see four stone blocks. First push the one on the very right to the right and into the water. Proceed to do the same with the other blocks. There should be a 2 by 2 formation of blocks in the water on the right now. Now jump across the water and pull the lever with the heart symbol. Don't bother to do the same with the water on the left, the blocks won't be enough to get across. For now, enter the tunnel on the right. The wall with the heart symbol should be open. Keep going right. You may notice a chest to the right. Do not open it, it contains a poison trap. Enter the tunnel before the chest. Continue left and jump over the pits. Enter the tunnel at the end. There is a pedestal here...but there's nothing. Weird. Examine it. First, push the one on the bottom so it is next to the ledge on the right side. In the next area, drop down and you'll notice the gargoyle statue. You can push it like a block or crate. Push it to the left to get to the chest up there. It contains a [Rusty Sword]. Go back up to the top of the area and go right. Go down the stairs. Take a left and there will be a chest with 234 [Copper Coins]. Go right and there will be two barrels. Destory them for a [Guardian Drop]. Go back to the previous room and drop back down to the bottom. Go right and go down the stairs. Go to the top right of this area and go down the stairs. You will see a moving block to your left. To your right, you will notice 3 crates and a stone block. You need to push this stone block on top of the moving block. You need to time it right. If the block misses, leave this room and try again. Now jump on the double floating stone block and get to the other side. Open the chest for [Better Herb] x1. Now flip the lever. Go back to the previous room and go to the right area. The giant metal weight will be moving now. I don't recommend getting crushed by it. When it goes the lowest it can, jump on and proceed. Keep going til you reach fancy doors. Examine the door. Mister Mysteriousvoice will now ask you how many gargoyle statues there are in this dungeon. The answer is 12 statues. Watch Arche count pitifully, then enter. You'll see...Stella?! Now you are asked to save. Enter the item shop to the left. Here, you can access your storage and buy some useful items. You can buy a dagger here for Stella if you need one. Go to the top floor and check the closet on the right for a [Magic Candy]. That is all here. Leave and enter the Inn. Enter the door on the right on the second floor. Check the closet in this room for 23 [Copper Coins]. Exit and go to the top floor and enter the room on the left. Check the closet for [Better Herb]. Now go to the room on the right and check the closet for a [Chest Sash]. There is nothing else to do here unless you want to save. Resting here costs 8 CP. Leave and continue left to the Chartreux Bridge. Across it will be the weapons store but it seems to be closed for today. Enter the building next to the weapons store. Now go through the door on the first floor and you'll walk into a room with stuff EVERYWHERE. Now check the drawers on the right for a pair of [Underwear] (M) and check the book shelf for 'Sexy Adventurer Monthly'...XD Examine the guy's bed for a little something too. Leave this room, and enter the room on the second floor. Search the drawer at the far left for a [Chartreux Roll]. Leave this room too the break the jars on the third floor for 8 [Copper Coins]. Break the barrels on the right too for 5 more [Copper Coins]. Enter the room on the third floor and check the closet for a [Stronggirl Juice]. There is nothing else here so leave the building. Let's leave and enter the building to the left. Enter through the left door, the right door is locked. Check the drawers on the right for [Better Herb]. Check the bookshelves on the right for 'Magical Girl Merrin Part 7/12'. Leave the room and go down stairs. There is nothing in the room left of your room. Pass the first door and enter the next door. Check the dresser between the two beds for a [Guardian Drop]. Exit the room and go down the stairs on the right as there is nothing in the rightmost room. Enter the door near the bottom of the stairs to enter the kitchen. Break the pot by the door on the far right for a [Good Child Drop]. If you leave the mansion through the back door in the kitchen, it will lead you to the cemetery. There's nothing to do there at the moment so go there if you just want to check it out. Go back to the first floor and go left. Enter the second set of double-doors and talk to Rowen. He will give you [Better Herb] x5! Leave the manor. There will be an option to go over combat. If you use Stella's X + Arrow key fire spell and her Fire Wall spell, monster should not pose much of a threat. You'll come across an Inn after a bit. Rest and save here if you want. They also sell a few things here. Enter the door on the first floor. Destroy the vase for 5 [Copper Coins]. 'Magical Girl Merrin Part 8/12' is also here on the bookshelf by the bed. Check the drawer between the two beds for a [Mystery Juice]. Leave this room and go to the second floor. Check the dresser between the beds to get [Better Herb]. Leave the Inn when you are ready and go right. You'll run into vines, but Stella can just burn them. There is a chest on the other side that might be empty, depending on whether or not you went to loot it before as Arche. It had 300 [Copper Coins]. This place should be familiar now. Head all the way to the place with the man standing by the cave. It should be to the left of the Inn. You will reach a dead end. There are 4 torches, but only one is lit. Use your fire magic to light the other 3 and the path should open. Jump across the moving stone blocks. Do not open the chest, it is also a poison gas trap. Enter the wooden door. Watch out for the spike trap. Now there will be a bunch of dead vines to burn. Burn them in a way so you can jump up to the ledge. If you mess up, leave the room and it will reset. There are 3 chests with a [Defense Ring], 45 [Silver COins] or 450 [Copper Coins], and [Better Herb]. Backtrack and fall down the first pit on your way back. Go through the wooden door down here. Go to the very right to find two chests. You'll get [Better Herb] x3 and a [Magic Candy]. Go down the stairs. Jump to the right side to find a chest containing [Moldy Bread]. Gross. Now jump up and to the left side to find a lever with a clover symbol. Pull it. Go to the very top left of this area to continue. The path should be open now. You'll reach the talking doors. Stella will own the doors. You will find the Wind Crest! You will now regain control of Arche. Go inside the doors again. I think Stella is jelly. Well, time to cut her up. As long as you hit her before she is able to cast, she should be no problem. Downstab is a useful move here to avoid her side fire attacks. Well, you get your [Wind Crest 2]. Go back to the room where the crest was. The chest contains [Better Herb] x3. Time to get out of here! Stella will accompany you back. I suggest going back the way Stella came from. It's easier and probably faster. Once you get out, you'll notice the wind has begun to blow again! However, it seems like it's not enough to turn the windmills. Guess you also need the crest in the tower. Not today though, you should go back home to Tonkiness for now. On your way back, you'll run into the boys, then the doctor. Looks like you need to get some meds for Sana back at Barness. Go to the herbalist. Looks like there's a monster infestation in the cave where he grows the herbs. Time to kill them. Pass the first tunnel and go right to the next area. The end contains a chest with a [Better Herb]. Go back and enter the tunnel. Do not open the chest on the right of this area, it is a poison gas trap. Go left and pass the tunnel and go to the next area. Switch to Stella. Jump on the platform and burn the vines away. There is a chest on the other side that contains [Memory Photo 4]. Switch back to Arche to get out of here faster. Return to the last area and enter the tunnel you passed. Go left and use Stella to burn the vines. Switch back to Arche to push the block onto the blue button below the crescent symbol. Make your way right and enter the tunnel before the (now open) wall with the cresent symbol. The end of this tunnel will have a chest with a [Stronggirl Juice]. Go back and continue right and down the next tunnel. This next area is a pretty big place. Go as far top right as you can and you should reach an unlit torch with a scales symbol. Use Stella to light it. Go back and drop down to the next tunnel that extends to the right. There should be a stone block. Push it to the right and use it to reach the second unlit torch with the scales symbol. Again, use Stella to light it. Now drop down to the very bottom and burn away the vines with Stella. Light the third and final torch too. Now go back up and to the area that branches to the left below the entrance of this whole area. The wall with the scales symbol should be gone now. Destory the crates at the left end for a [Good Child Drop]. Enter the tunnel. Going left is a dead end. Go all the way right and enter the tunnel. There are two chests containing [Revival Drink] and 3 [Gold Coins] or 300 [Copper Coins]. Leave this room. Backtrack a bit and then jump up to the ledge you may have noticed earlier. Follow it and enter the tunnel. Go right and enter this tunnel. The right end contains a Mark of Heroism. The left end contains a fountain where you can heal and save at. It is recommended to do so as a boss fight is coming up. Leave this room when you are ready. Go down the left way. You will encounter a baby mage monster of sorts. Still dangerous, so KILL IT WITH FIRE!!! Take out the kobolds and prevent the mage from casting any spells and it should be no problem. Continue deeper into the cave. The next area contains a chest with just what you needed, a [Topah Herb]. Now get out of here. Enjoy the cute cutscene at Sana's house. Now exit her house. Take out the Snivelly Kobold first then the leader. After you save them, they tell you that there are tunnels under the lake that lets you get to the other side, and then Chartreux City is right there. When you reach the lake, switch to Sana to go down there. There are a bunch of merkids down there so watch out. Go left and get the chest for a [Mermaid Scale]. Jump out of the water and then go back right some to talk to the old man next to the boat. He'll kindly let you use his boat to travel between the lake now. Go down past the sun symbol and into the tunnel on the bottom right. Keep going right. Pass the tunnel. Jump over the pit of water and there are two chests with [Magic Candy] and [Better Herb] x3. Go back and enter the tunnel you passed. You'll be in a large open cavern with 3 very tall moveable platforms. Move them around so that they are evenly spaced from each other. Then go back up and jump across them. Proceed into the next area. Use Sana here. The chest in the water contains [Life Dew]. Go down left in the water and you'll see a boat. Don't get on it yet. Go left and search a second chest for [Cloth Gloves]. Now get on the boat and it will rise up. Face right to pick up Arche and then face left to get to the other side. If the merkids here are too much for Sana alone, just shield and run from them. If you came here with Stella earlier, the chests in the tunnel closer to the water will be empty. You can play these capsule machines, and holy snap, 200 CP a try...but the grand prize is...a [Legendary Sword]?! Here are the possible prizes. Again, the numbers next to the items are the amounts I have personally won of each item. I won the sword on my 5th try, wow. Either I'm lucky or this capsule machines a lot easier to win than the one back at home in Tonkiness..still need to win that Merrin Staff. If you donate 100,000 copper pieces in one go, then she will give you a [Silver Rosary]. Checking her bookshelf upstairs you'll find a book called 'Cute Nun Clothes Sewing, Intro Level'. Even more of a give-away that she's probably some fake...let's leave. Nothing left to do here. Enter the left door of the same building and you will see that the fortune teller is there, who wasn't when you were playing as Stella. Talk to her. She is useful because she will tell you if you have missed any Marks of Heroism up to your current point in the storyline. He's amazed you came all the way from Tonkiness just for that candy. He agrees to trade you some if you give him another kind of rare candy. Now jump down off the right edge. You'll find a tiny tunnel that leads back to the previous area. There is a chest here that contains 650 [Copper Coins]. The last two platforms require it so that you let the last platform rise enough but not too much so you can still jump onto it but also that you can jump off that last platform onto the other end. Tricky, but you'll get it eventually. You'll find a chest with a [Tough Drop]. After that, there are two moving platforms on water. Jump across and avoid the spikes. The end contains a chest with an [Org Slayer]. Useful. Go back past the sets of platforms and back to the dungeon-like area. Jump back up and go left. There are two chests. Open only the right chest, which contains [Moldy Bread]. The chest on the left is a poison gas trap. Now go to the bottom right of this area. There is a chest here too with [Better Herb]. Go up top to the right. Smash the crates to get [Herb]. Go back to the previous room and go down the stairs you passed earlier. Take the bottom path. The top leads to a dead end. Drop down a bit and go right through the narrow passage. The end contains a chest with a [Power Drop]. Jump back up and continue right. Avoid the spike traps. Push the gargoyle statue onto the button. Drop back down and the way should be open now. Go through the wooden door. You'll be in a cave area now, with a lot of orgs. Get up to the top left area of this cave. Go through the wooden door. You'll enter a room with a moveable platform, a statue on the top right and a button on the top left. First, push the platform to the right. Now push the statue onto the platform. Push the platform until it is next to the center ledge. Push the statue onto the center ledge. Push the platform to the other side of the ledge now. Push the statue onto the platform again. Push the platform with the statue to the leftmost side and then push the statue onto the button. Your work here is done. Go back to the previous area. The wooden platform with the heart symbol at the top right should now be moving. Go across and down the tunnel. Go left to find a chest with [Better Herb]. Go right and get across the platform with the archers and enter the door. Go up the stairs to find a fountain to heal and save. Exit and go left and enter the fancy doors. Watch the scene. Strangely epic music for this game + stella = you should own these orgs. Take out the Thuggish and Lackey, then work on the Boss. Again, storage is available here as in every item shop. I recommend buying lamps for dungeons as many of them you have to walk all the way back to get out. Leave and enter the Inn/Spa. Watch the cutscene. Let's not take our bath yet. Go upstairs and enter the door on the far right. Check the drawer next to the fireplace for 'Magical Girl Merrin Part 9/12'. Then search the closet on the right for a [Good Child Drop]. Exit and head right. Enter the cave. Exit the cave by going right. Don't bother going down any of the tunnels as they are dead ends / inaccessible at the moment. Enter the first building you reach after exiting the cave. Search the closet at the end for an [Orange Beret]. Jump on the crates to reach the second floor and go to the left end to find a chest with [Mystery Juice]. Exit the building and enter the next one. Go right and search the closet by the bed for a [Tough Drop]. Search the drawers by the bed on the other side for a [Chest Sash]. Talk to the mayor if you want. Exit the building. Destroy the pots right of the house for a [Guardian Drop]. Cross the small bridge and enter the next house. Check the drawers by the door for a [Power Drop]. Search the bookshelf at the right end for 'Magical Girl Merrin Part 10/12'. If you leave the building and go right, you'll find the boys. Go past them and down, you'll find the Fire Shrine. It contains monsters. We'll go there later. Let's go back to the Inn and bathe in the hot springs! Enter the door on the bottom floor. Search the dresser to the right for [Underwear] (F). Watch the cutscene. Looks like we have a problem to solve. Anyways, break the pot behind the teacher for a [Stronggirl Juice]. Leave the Inn and go talk to the mayor. Haha, now you must find a random person who has that important pamphlet. Go back to the Inn and talk to Ellie, she's by the fireplace on the first floor. Great, now the person who has the pamplet is lost too. She probably went to check out the Fire Shrine. Let's go. If you forgot, the shrine is all the way east of the town or all the way to the right edge of town. NOTE: In the Mayor's house, on the second floor, there is a book called 'Secret Tome of Magic' on a bookshelf that requires Arche's boosted jump to reach. After you have beaten the game once, reading this book in a new game will grant you some of Stella's skills instantly instead at their required level. Enter the tunnel. Go right and flip the lever. Go left and drop down. The steam blocking your way has stopped and you can see a sword symbol there. Continue on. You can either go bottom left or go right. They will both end in the same place. However, going right will get you more loot so I suggest going right. Going left gets you thing. Going right will bring you to an area with two chests with a [Lady's Dagger] and a [Tough Drop]. Now go down to the left. It's pretty straight forward. Do not open the chest you come across as it's just a poison gas trap. Go to the top left of this area and go through the tunnel. Head to the top right and push the stone block over the steam vent that's blocking two chests. They contain [Good Child Drop] and an [Orange Smock]. Backtrack and exit this area the way you came. Go back through this area too. Now go left and drop down to the bottom area with two stone blocks. Go left and there are two chests. Onehas [Mystery Juice] and one has an [Anti-Poison Ring]. Now push the stone block over that steam vent that's continuously blowing.It should get plugged up by the block. Continue to the next area. You need to time your jumps so the steam vents on the ceiling aren't blowing. Now you reach an area with a moving stone block with a lever that stops or starts it. Stop the block and have Arche stay on it. Switch to Sana or Stella. Use the lever so that Arche gets through all the steam vents safely. Once through, stop the block and switch back to Arche. You may have a hard time seeing the last vent so switch between Arche and your other characters quickly to see. Once on the other side, flip the switch with the clover symbol. Now go back the way you came. Push the block over the vent again to get through and go all the way up top left and enter the tunnel you went through before. Proceed right. This time, take the lower path. Cross using the now moving platform. Near the end, duck to avoid the steam then jump up as it stops. Go right to find a chest with a [Guardian Drop]. Then go back left some to make your way up to a chest with 30 [Gold Coin]s or 3000 [Copper Coins]. Jump over to the right ledge with two stone blocks. Push both blocks, the right one first, down off the right edge so they pile on top of each other. Then go down and push them all the way to the right to block the steam vent. Jump up and pull the lever. Go to the upper left area of this place and the steam vent there should have stopped so you can jump up now. Go down the tunnel. Watch a strange cutscene. Go after them! As usual, take the weakest one out, the regular myconid. Then the toxic and then work on the boss, the weird blue shroom. They spew poison. Everywhere. After you beat them, Arche is going to ask the villagers to let shrooms in the hot springs. Hahahahaha. Anyways, go through the wooden door on the right and get a Mark of Heroism. The chest here also has [Better Herb] x3. The problem is fixed. Get outta here. Using a [Recall Lamp] saves you a few minutes. Enjoy the hot spring scene with some funny moments. Go back to the main road and just keep going left. Note: If you help your dad out and give him [Magic Candy] and [Calming Cocoa], he will stock [Mind Chocolate] in his store. If you check your messages daily, you will know that the stores here have new stuff in stock. Check 'em out. The bakery now has [Handmade Tarts]. The clothes store has a crazy expensive cape for 12,800 CP. The item store will now supply [Venom-Away S], [Holy Water], [Magic Candy], and [Recall Lamp]. In the weapon store, if you talk to the boy, he will tell you they sell a special sword but only at night. Hmm. Anyways, they have some new weapon upgrades, if you can afford it. When you drop down, stay on the leftmost side of the pit as there will be a platform to drop on. Just hold the left arrow key. If you miss, just enter the door on the left and you'll end up in the area before this, and can jump back up and try again. After making it on the ledge, jump across to the left and there should be a chest with another [Crypt Key]. Jump down and go through the door on the left. Go right and avoid the spike trap. Go into the next area and use the [Crypt Key]. Pass the stairs and go up. Follow the path and there will be a chest with [Mystery Juice]. Keep going left and there is another chest, with [Scale Armor]. Go back and down the stairs now. Pull the lever. Go to the bottom left area, burn the vines, and smash the pot by the tunnel for 12 [Gold Coins] or 1200 [Copper Coins]. Go down the tunnel. You will be in a room with three buttons on the floor. Just have your party each stand on one button and make sure they stay there using the F3 key. The wall on the right will open. Follow the path. The last area should have a Mark of Heroism and a chest with a [Crypt Key]. Go back to the area where you broke the pot and go right. Use the key and go down the tunnel. You should be in an area with water around you. Go the right way. Search the chest for a [Doll Hand]. Have Sana drop down in the water on the right. There is a little crevice on the right which has a chest with [Memory Photo 6]. Fall down the pit to get back up. Skip the next water pit and go down the next next one. There is a chest here too. It has another [Crypt Key]. Get back up there and open the door on the left. Enter the door. You'll be in a room with two platforms and a lever near the ceiling. Have one person stay on the right one. Have two people jump up and stand on the left one. Switch back to the person on the right, who should now be able to pull the lever. Continue through the door. Drop down, pass the doors and go right, then up around the place. You should run into two tombstones that can be pushed. Push the right one as right as you can, and the left one as far left as you can. A secret door should pop up. Go in. Watch for the spike trap here. Jump onto the trap and it will bring you up to a chest with a [Crypt Key]. Open the door on the right. You need another key to go on so go back out and then enter the door on the left. You will fall down into some skeletons. Drop down the pit on the left and stay on the right side. There are two chests here, one with a [Crypt Key] and one with a [Guardian Drop]. Drop all the way down now and find a chest with a [Power Drop]. Go left to the next area and destroy the barrels on the very left for a [Good Child Drop]. Go out the door. Go back to the area that had the spike traps. Go all the way right and unlock the door. Before you enter the fancy doors, go right to find a fountain to heal and save. Now go through the doors. That ghost is so enlarged you can see the pixelatedness of it. It likes to rush you and spawn a ghost and ghost mage. When he is defeated, he'll drop something interesting. The sounds haven't stopped so let's continue down the stairs. Drop down and go left to find a chest with a [Crypt Key] and a Mark of Heroism. Use the key on the right side and go down the stairs. Run into an interesting scene. So...all that moaning was just some guard. Hahahaha, you give him the pocketwatch. He gives you something interesting though, a [Thieves' Key]. Save your game. Going right or left leads to the same room. There are chests on each side of this floor but both are spike traps so don't bother. Go to the center area and jump up the ledges from the left. Get to the ledge on the right to continue your ascent. Watch for the harpies, don't let them drop you back to the bottom floor or you'll have to go back to get up here again. Go up the stairs. You'll notice two of the torches unlit. Don't light them, the door won't open. Instead, use Sana to put the ALL out. You'll run into the boys again. Go up the stairs past them. The spike traps + the harpy's confuse skill can be rather annoying. Go all the way right and go down the stairs. Jump across the moving stone blocks while avoiding the spikes to reach a chest with a [Rune Staff]. Go back to the previous area. Ride the platform to the top and push the stone block so you can reach the lever. You'll get to an open area. Jump over to the very right to find a chest with a [Revival Drink]. Jump up and over to the left side again and then back across to the right to reach the second chest that contains a [Water of Life]. Jump back across to the left and go to the next area. Jump across the moving stone blocks to an area with two more stone blocks. Push the one on the right to the bottom floor, then push it so it is left of the left edge of the ledge with the second stone block. Push the second stone block off the left edge and it should land on the bottom block. Push your stack of blocks over to the lever to reach it. You'll see the guys again. Continue up the tower! Flip the switch, and watch out for a spike trap in the middle of this hallway. Flip a second switch and get to the right side and up the stairs. Drop down off the edge on the right to reach a hidden stair going down. Go left and use Arche to push the platform to the right. Have Sana or Stella stay on top of the platform then use Arche to push it back so they can reach the higher ledge. Pull the lever with the star symbol. Go back down and go up the stairs. The chest contains a [Stronggirl Juice]. Drop down to find a fountain. Rest and save. Go right to find a Mark of Heroism. Leave through the door and check the chest to find [Mystery Juice]. Go to the left side and enter the door. Go right and up to the left past the spike traps to find a chest with [Best Herb]. Go to the right side and pass the door; drop off the edge to reach a chest with a [Blessed Earring]. Useful against those harpies. Go back up and through the door. Go left, past the now open wall with the star symbol and up the stairs. Pull the lever. Keep going, pull a second lever, and keep going up. Pull a third lever. You'll reach a dead end...? Fall off the edge to reach stairs going up. Straightforward, and no monsters. Up the stairs again. Welcome to the top of Weathervane Tower! Nice, a wyvern...I mean, crap. Listen to Stella and aim for the head. Watch for his flame attacks. He also likes to slam his butt on the ground. Try to stay in the middle or he can gust you off the edges. Once you defeat it, it'll be lying there on the ground. Hm, go down the stairs on the right. Grab the Mark of Heroism. Shame, the crest is too high for you. Colm comes and saves the day with his skirt-flipping skills. They leave and you get [Wind Crest 3]! If you have one, use a [Recall Lamp]. If not...make your way to the bottom and out. Go back. Enter the next cave. Watch out for a spike trap from the ceiling here. Fight your way to the very left for a chest with 850 [Copper Coins], the go up the stairs. Continue left. Enter the next area through the bottom left. Jump on the ledge to find a chest with a [Revival Drink]. Go back the way you came as we need to go back to check out the top and both ways lead to the same place anyways. Go on the ledges and go right. Keep going and jump quickly on the wooden crates to get to the top ledge. The next area contains two chests. They contain [Guardian Drop] and [Life Dew]. Talk to the man here. He's the Grand Gourmand! You will give him the [Ultimate Bread]. He will show you a secret path between the two rocks where you guys are standing! Go up and enter the fancy doors. Well...nice going. More work for us. But before that, let's look around his room. Check rightmost bookshelf for 'Magical Girl Merrin Part 12/12'. Check the drawers by the door on the far right for [Archmage's Tower Key]. Go through the wooden door. You can rest on the beds here if you want. Check the closet for a [Magic Bracelet]. The stairs here lead to the top of the tower, where a Mark of Heroism is floating, but it's too high for you to reach. We'll get back to it later. For now, go back to the area right before we found the former headmaster's room. Go through that wooden door we passed by. Use the key to unlock the gate. Hmm, looks like a giant library. Time to examine them all! The fifth shelf to the right has the book you're looking for. We need glue, Poton sap, and Rozak polish. Leave the room and go back down the stairs to the previous area. Go left and unlock the gate. Jump across the tiny ledges and go down the stairs. Use Arche and push the stone block on the leftmost platform while Stella or Sana is holding it down. Then have one person stand on the rightmost platform. Have the other two jump up the platforms to the highest one. Having both of them on it should push the person on the rightmost platform up to the lever. Search the chest for [Glue]. Backtrack to the beginning of this area. pass the stairs and go right and drop down the pit. Take the right stairs down. Use the key to get the platforms moving. Make your way across. At the end, there's a chest with [Poton Sap]. One more ingredient to go. Drop down and go back to the previous area. Go down the left stairs now. Go left and then go down the stairs. Use the key on the lock to your right. You won't be able to see it, so make a leap of faith on this ledge. Jump as far right as you can and you should land on outside ground with some harpies. Go right and search the chest for the [Rozack Polish]. You have everything to fix that blasted pot. Go back and fix it. Oh, the game even recommends you to save in the bedroom before you fix it. Yay, a puzzle. Push VII as far left as you can. Push IX off the left edge. Push VIII off the right edge. Push V off the right edge. It should be on top of VIII. Push the VIII+V stack to the left so it covers the left half of the VII/IV/I column. Use Stella to burn the vines and set the VI block free. the VI block should land on the top right half of the VIII/V stack. Push this whole stack until it hits the IX block. Push the VI block into its correct spot. Push the VII block into its spot. Push the IV block off the left edge, then off the right edge. It should fall into the correct spot. Use Stella to burn the vines AROUND but not under the II block. Use Arche to push the II block a little to the left. Use Stella to burn the vines under the II block. The II block should fall close to or on its spot, and if it's not, there should be enough space on the right or left of it to push it into place. Push the I block off the right edge. It should fall into its spot. Have Sana or Stella stand on the right platform so it's on the ground. Push the III block on top of it. Have both Sana and Stella stand on the left platform. The III block should next to the ledge now. Use Arche to push the III block onto the ledge to the left. Move Sana and Stella on the right platform now. Push the III block off the left edge and it should fall into its spot. Remember, if you mess up, break a block with your weapon and the puzzle will reset. Use the lever to make sure blocks are neat. When you are done, talk to the magician. Enjoy the events. Cool, you can now use wind power. Let's use it to get that Mark of Heroism up there. We have one more thing to do here. Backtrack back down to the left side where it opens up and has wooden planks built across like there is a moving platform, but there isn't. There is a chest we can now reach with Arche's boosted jump. The chest contains [Memory Photo 7]. Remember that cave we had to get through under the lake? Go there. About halfway, there is some vines that can be burned away. There is a chest there you can now reach with Arche's wind jump. It contains [Memory Photo 5]. Leave this place. Go back to the area with the entrance to the Wind Shrine. It's been such a long time. There's a ledge with a chest on the left. It contains [White Whale Oil]. Enter the Wind Shrine. Remember where we first found our first Mark of Heroism? You should notice two unlit torches where it used to be. Use Stella to light them and a hidden door will appear. At the end are three chests, with [Poison Dagger], [Mystery Juice], and 45 [Silver Coins] or 450 [Copper Coins]. Leave this place. Go to school. After the cutscene, don't go in just yet. Head over to that Mountain Cave that we haven't visited for ages. Go to the area that was blocked by all the dead vines. Now that we have Stella, we can finally burn through it all. The chest here contains [Memory Photo 3]. Now enter school. What? Night?...no wait. Dark usually means a bad thing. Well, this is straight forward until you're determined to beat the Dark Witch. Go back out and back to the previous room. Go right and down the stairs. Go all the way right and go through the wooden door. You'll be in a cavern area with water at the right side. Use Sana's Mermaid Robe or just use Sana to get in the water. The chests in the water contain [Guardian Drop] and [Best Herb]. Go back. Go up and pass the stairs. Go to the very left. Don't open the chest, it's a teleport trap. Drop down and go bottom left to find a chest with 2500 [Copper Coins]. Go back up and use the stairs you passed by. Go all the way right to find a chest with a [Broken Lamp]. Go all the way back left, and left past the stairs you came in from. Jump up and head right until you reach a wooden door. Enter. Save and heal here at the fountain if you want. Go back out and continue going right. You will run into a locked door. Use the [Pitch Black Key] to open it. Go down the stairs. Use Arche's boosted jump to get up there and pull the lever. Enter the fancy doors. Have a boss fight with two Skeletal Sergeants. Go down the stairs and get the chest and Mark of Heroism. The chest contains another [Pitch Black Key]. Go back and out the fancy doors. Ride the stone block across to the right for a chest with [Stronggirl Juice]. Jump across to the right for another chest with [Recall Lamp]. Ride another stone block across and then drop down. Use the platforms to get to a third chest that contains [Magician's Outfit]. Make your way back across to the bottom left of this area. There should be a locked gate here. Use the key you got from the previous boss fight. Don't open the chest at the top of this area, it's a teleportation trap. Go bottom right past the stairs down to find another fountain to save and heal at. Then go back and pass the stairs again and go to the bottom left of this area. Go down these stairs. Go to the very top left of this area and then drop down the pit to reach the lower area. Check the chest here for a [Pitch Black Key]. Leave this area through the top right now. Drop down and go right. Go to the top right of this area and pass the stairs going up. There is a chest here that requires Arche's boosted jump. It contains a [Celebrity Ring]. Now go back past the stairs again and go to the bottom right of this area. There should be two gargoyle statues you can push. Push the one on the right to the left until a pair of fancy doors appear. Before you go through those doors, go to the very left of the area you are currently in until you reach a spot where you need to use Arche's improved jump. Examine the skeleton up there to find [White Iron Ore]. Now go back and go through the doors. Use Sana to get a chest in the water. It has a [Tough Drop]. Go across using the boat and go through the wooden door. Go right for a chest with a [Mystery Juice]. This area is straightforward. Watch out for the falling spike traps after the stone blocks. Use the key to unlock the lock at the end. Go straight to the right to find a chest at the end with [Star Rod]. Proceed to the top right of this area and go down the stairs. You have four ways to go, top left or right or bottom left or right. Let's go bottom left first. Keep going until you reach a wooden door, go in. Have Arche wind boost jump up to the crate. Have one other person stand on the right platform so the left one goes up where Arche and the crate is. Push the crate onto the platform. Have the other person on the right platform get off so the crate is now at the bottom. Push it off the platform. Have Sana or Stella again stand on the right platform so it is on the ground, and then use Arche to push the crate onto the right platform. Have Arche wind boost jump onto the left platform. Then get Sana AND Stella to stand on the left platform too. Then get Arche off and use her to push the crate onto the button. Search the chest for a [Pitch Black Key]. Backtrack to the room with the four paths. Go bottom right now. Proceed right and you will get your 20th or FINAL Mark of Heroism! Congrats! Go right and there is a fountain to save and heal. Go back to the four path area again. Go down the stairs on the lower floor. You should be outside the castle by a gargoyle statue. Jump down to the right and there should be a lock, use the key. When you get to the area with the small stone brick platforms, use Arche's wind boosted jump to get up to the very top where a chest is. It contains [Memory Photo 8]. Go across and enter the fancy doors. Continue across and get a cutscene. It's the fight of the game! She summons Skeletal Sergeants and Black Panthers. She has a spell that summons daggers around her. She has another spell that spreads a bunch of dark energy around and one that makes a large dark energy ring. Also some weird hammering thing. Wait..was that the fight of the game? Whose voice is that? Guess things aren't over yet...well, enjoy the nice cutscenes. And credits. The class president gives you a number...6472...in the Dark World, near the beginning, there was a locked door that required 4 numbers. On loading the game, you'll be in Tonkiness. Your game is now set at the point right before you defeated Dark Witch Selene. The only thing left to do is put those numbers in the locked doors and get a few unique items. Hop on the spike traps and ride them up to a chest with [Rapier]. Drop down and search the chest at the bottom for a [Stronggirl Juice]. Go back and drop down again to the next passage, this time on the right side. Follow the path and drop down a pit again. Make sure to hug the left wall. The end of this area contains two chests with [Saint's Brooch] and 40 [Gold Coins] or 4000 [Copper Coins]. Drop down again for a chest with 10 [Gold Coins] or 1000 [Copper Coins]. Flip the lever to teleport back outside the 4-digit coded door. Go back in. Drop down the pit, this time stopping at the second left area. The chest between the spikes contain a [Mind Chocolate]. Drop down and hug the right side. Go to the other side of this passage and drop down hugging the right side. Pull the lever, you got everything here. Congrats, you did everything in this game.
