You cannot spawn items and monsters as it seems but you can fully edit your character and even your characters items. You can turn your common items into divine items, add attributes and modify the damage. Also you can fully edit your characters attributes, skills, talents.

So I'm leaving this option in the trainer although some parts of the GM mode aren't working.
