actually there's no tricks, you will really have to stick with the requirements but take advantage of it! I don't think anyone can complete them with plenty of time left so don't keep your hope up to find tricks! hopefully you will make it out just in time!
I barely beat Challenge of Olympus with only 1 or 2 second left.
note: dont ever jump in the stage where you have to get stoned. it's instant-kill.
