changes to fists all the sudden

When i use the no ammo and no reload he sometimes change from pistol to fists all the sudden. Why is that?

Some areas you cannot use guns.

Yeah i know but this is in combat situations and in the city.

same thing is happening to me.
retail, 1.0.0.1 trainer, windows 7 64bit,
happened to me while robbing the gas tickets and the cops came and had a shoot out in the lobby.

Simple the number pad are alternative keys to change weapons
Numpad 4 = 1 = Hand
Numpad 6 = 2 = Guns
Numpad 8 = 4 = Rifles
Numpad 2 = 3 = Shotguns
Just go to control config and unassign the key

No it's not that. This happens when i shoot and only use the mouse.
