Any new addtional content and/or expansions to this game since the Spainish Campaign came out?

I don't recall seeing any. Now that the new Shogun totalwar is in development, additional content for E:TW and N:TW will be less likely. Especially since the games have been heavily milked with DLC already.

I don't think there is much more content that is worth while that can be added anyway, unless they release something which greatly expands upon game mechanics, more combat animations and better trade systems etc etc. Quite frankly, they won't do that.

Gameplay and graphics are pretty outdated now sadly. I got used to the eye candy and enhanced functions of the latter games in the series. Makes going back to Rome a little difficult for me.

Would personally love to see Rome 2 total war.
