Can anyone confirm if the "faster expansion" and "faster research" cheat is applied to the player only or to everyone including the AI (just like "instantconstruction" console cheat)?

sadly, it seems to work for the AI too, coz China suddenly westernized in only a few years and was then Great Power #1 all the time.

Be happy that you got a trainer AT ALL with the difficulty of this engine. We tried our best to isolate the values. Cal might look at it again. Too many more complaints and we'll just nuke the trainer and retire the game.

i cannot isolate the options any further than i have. do not use options you feel are causing problems with AI. i worked with this game for over 8 hours. i will not be revisiting it.
