Hi I've using the trainer for DX10 at window 7 and it don't work. Does anyone know how to solve this

Regarding the Mega Trainer (DX10), Super Jump, Always Allow Devil Trig....

Hi I've using the trainer for DX10 at window 7 and it don't work. Does anyone know how to solve this?
