so is it a glitch or a hidden achievement....1590/1600 for the campaign...and all achievements are showing as completed...

Have you done the hidden mission you can get when you are doing the media blitz mission??

If not, its from that one, if you have already done it, then i haven't a clue.

Many people had same achievement "bug" too, look for more info in battle.net forums.

check "Story Mode" achievements. I know fist of strength doesn't count but Story Mode counts

cant be. cuz the hidden mission yield at least 40 points

I think it's common bug since many people have 1590/1600 points from Campaign mode. Guess we have to wait for new patch

it's not a bug It's an 'easter egg' from Blizzard as there's another thing (think with WoW) where you can't get 100/100 (example: 1590/1600)
