Where do I find the things to fully upgrade my weapons & armor. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

The mechanic tools are located all around the maps. You might want to read a guide (Link) for help finding them since they're located in relatively obscure areas. Otherwise, you can look around for a mod on FileFront (Link) if you're not in the mood for a scavenger hunt across the Zone.

Have really found most of the tools, need to find the calibration tools to fully upgrade armor. I know they are in the department store and the old service center, but where.
