The official response is going to be to cite the EULA, since that's the legal binding document in this case. If they choose not to enforce those terms for single player/achievements, it will certainly go without statement, since it would put them in an awkward position to enforce the EULA if it got challenged.

The only way we'll get a positive official response is if the EULA gets changed to specify that the restrictions on memory scanning only able to multiplayer game sessions.

Also, just because in the few days since launch, they haven't banned anyone, doesn't really mean anything. They ban in waves for bragging. And they probably don't want to 'brag' just yet about there being people hacking in SC2 so soon after release.

ya most of the time though, if you dont make a big deal out of it, they wont either. I myself if even in a draconian mood of control, would not flip out over a SP or campaign cheat, i mean they included cheats in the game..it disables achievements, but you still have fun. If you run around gloating, posting info and making a big deal over your "achievements" and such while using a mem trainer, someone will notice, and the dev's or owners will respond.

i mean my profile is there, it shows achievements. If they flip out n ban the account cause my use of a 3rd party trainer, that helped me enjoy the game more, its their loss. They could just simply remove all my achievements on the account and not allow anymore. It would mean one avatar, and a few logos. Again, not that big of a loss, not that big of a deal.

just have to wait n find out.

Hi again guys, I finally got an answer from Blizzard... and this is not nice, at least I hope they will notice before banning anyone.

They said that people who use trainers even in solo-player mode will be considered the same way as multi-player cheaters.
They said also that every solo-missions are recorded on their servers and cheaters will be caught for sure.

    Sorry for the bad news
