when i try to run the trainer i get a message saying that i dont have the appropriate permitions to run it, even though i run it as a administrator.

That’s odd and you said you are running it as an admin right? you using 7 or Vista? Also are you right clicking and running as admin or did you already set it as admin in your properties?
Aside from that at least you could download it, I keep getting it blocked from an AVG plug-in for Microsoft word and disabling AVG doesn’t work and I have no Idea how to turn that plug in off.

uninstall your AV completely
