I have nVidia 9500GT, and i want to know the difference between {QUALITY , PERFORMANCE ,or BALANCED}. "you know at nvidia control panel, under 3D settings". And what should i choose for the latest games. what would you choose??. and please tell me why 🤔 🤔

Just select "Let individual programs decide". That way, you control those options within the game menus.
Your bitterness, I will dispel

Depends on game, but i would choose performance, or like Neo said "Let individual programs decide"

you are saying that the game will adjust the 3D settings by it self. i don't have to change anything "in the game or in the control panel"

I prefer balanced because if you have it set all the way for quality then your computer may lag or run slower and not perform as well. And if you have it set to performance then the game quality doesn't look all to well.

I always prefer balanced. Who would like to play a graphical masterpiece that lags like hell or a game that looks 10 years old (Because of low settings) that has an awesome FPS rate?
Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.

It's better, that the application decide, because otherwise it set for every game same settings, what is bad. Quality = 8AF & 4AA what is to much for the GPU Balanced = 4AF & 2AA what could be much in some games
So it's better if you make the settings ingame depends on the game.
