I have not included all of unlocking in UnlockAchievement or Upgrades because the game doesn't handle it. It is my experience. But it's totally up to you if you want to do it. Just edit as you see fit.

Have made minimum of changes to the Coalesced.ini file, most of the information is in text files, that you are free to change.

well I edited my coalesced file with regular note pad before I downloaded your extremely modified one and now I cant use my original one. so basically I was hoping that someone would be kind enough to shoot me an original coalesced file. I dont know if patches or dlc make a difference but im fully patched and have basically all the dlc. thanks in advance for helping with my noob mistake.

its ok. I found a program that someone made to restore the coalesced.ini to original. thanks, im sure that will help some people like me that had no idea what they were doing xD
