Like yourself and latios, I had the same thing happen to me not too long ago actually. At that time I really couldn't be bothered making an effort to go see a doctor, and what I did instead was take quick nap and it somehow did the trick.

I'm going to most likely get it checked out today. Hopefully it's nothing too serious.
