Regarding the Trainer (DX9+DX11 RETAIL), Super Health, Easy Kills, Unlimited....

Most recent Steam patch appears to make the June 29, DX9/DX 11 trainer crash to desktop upon activation regardless of where/when/how. Playing on my Sony VAIO VPCF115FM Gaming notebook - 1.6 Quad with TurboBoost. 1gb 330M Nvidia - Using the Sony drivers as the newest straight from Nvidia cause a flicker in most games. Win7 x64, Norton360 (disabled for trainer usage)- all legitimate programs only. All updates installed. I hope this is enough info. I've tried everything in the FAQ section with no luck. Perhaps this is something that you guys might be able to work around on your end? I mean...I did pay to be able to use these lol...it'd be nice to get to use what I paid for. THX!!!

Actually I have seen this problem as well.. However, I know Caliber and the rest of the team here will get it fixed at some point.

Game has anti-cheat protection built into about 509864883 different spots in the game. We can't defeat them all. You'll have to wait for a no-cd fix or deal with the protections.

BTW, the game patched again and this is also a cause of your issues. We will update the trainer when we have time.
