Regarding the Trainer (1.0.7.0 + EPISODES 1.1.2.0), Add Money, Unlimited Health, Unlimi....

Hello I am having serious problems trying to run this trainer. Is anyone else? None of my other trainers from CH give me any problems but this trainer crashes every time I try to run the trainer itself before even booting up the game. It automatically gives me a "Program Stopped Responding" error and forces to close. I have several (including recent) CH trainers so I doubt it is a compatibility issue. Can somebody please look into this?

Running on Windows 7 Home Premium x64, any more information needed please ask.

[EDIT] also just to mention I've tried running the compatibility troubleshooter with Win7 and no matter what compatibility settings it fails to run, sometimes not even giving an error just not running at all.

Uninstall your AV

about to try that now, though AVG would have warned me when I opened the original .zip, I'll still give it a shot

[EDIT] Uninstalled AVG and even disabled security essentials, did not fix the problem.

Sorry, something on your PC is blocking the file and/or download.

I looked into it as much as possible. my GFWL is up to date, the game is up to date, OS is up to date, AVG scan doesn't even recognize anything wrong with the file itself. Security scan results were same.

[EDIT] Looked into it a bit further. The trainer is crashing when it tries to authenticate the trainer itself. I tested to see if this issue would happen on another trainer I have (Lego Harry Potter) and the same issue occured even though THAT trainer worked perfect before. When it tries to verify, it crashes.

[EDIT, AGAIN] Tried every possible option as regards to messing with my firewall to see if that would help. I even tried completely disabling firewall. Still about 1/3 of my trainers are crashing upon authentication whereas others (like DA:O, Just Cause 2, etc) verify and run fine...I am a bit miffed at this. :-/

Obviously something on your PC such as security, download manager or download accelerator software is interfering with them. You'll have to systematically figure out what has been added or changed since they last worked.

I uninstalled the only thing added recently which was jDownloader. Unfortunately...this didnt fix the problem either...


To be honest I cant think of a logical reason as to why the trainer's are crashing on validation...I mean...the trainers all validate the same way to make sure they're legit to your account right? Has there been a change in the validation code recently?

[EDIT] I also attempted offline validation and unplugged my ethernet cable so no net was going while trying to go through offline means, and the same result happened. I'm really confused at this now.

Different trainers use different security templates during authentication.

I'm afraid there is nothing more I can do for you. You'll have to figure out what it causing the issue on your machine or possibly reinstall Windows from scratch.
