Unlock the Ezio skin from the Uplay feature within the Game, select it from the Game's Main Menu. After having it unlocked, enter the Option's sub menu to select the skin (click the "<" ">" to change skins).

I doubt an unlocker is coming. Getting the Uplay points for it is extremely easy. I have all the costumes unlocked myself and I'm only in the sewers.
