Konung 3: Ties of the Dynasty Message Board  

*possible spoilers warning*

So far I managed to summon and beat all 3 keepers of void, but that's it - I can't find any information about special levers that were used to lower the grates in the first area of Flying Isles. Anyone knows where I can look for them or information about that?


Another question regards the Elixir of Life recipe (for magus near Hydvale) - I learned 3 of it's ingredients:
-magus near Byridge - Paris
-healer in Seaville - Tutsan
-scribe in Blackwood - Honey
How many ingredients there are - I keep running from village to village, asking everyone, but still no more progress. I just hope that it isn't randomly generated as the quest with wishing wells.

I cant summon the third keeper, because i dont have the magic orb. Where do i get it?
I have a living stone, but i dont know what is it good for.
Can you help me?

The elexir of life contain only this ingridients.
At first, you have to put Tutsan into an empty bottle.
Then you have to de**** it with the burner.
Than put honey into it.
Than Paris.

and you get the elexir of life.

To obtain the orb you have to solve quest in following order:
1. In Seaville - merchant afraid for his life - you get this after talking to te guy in front of merchants guild in Hillborough (ask about champion sword). After talking to mentioned merchant about exotic goods talk to elder - it doesn't matter wich way you talk with him, result is the same "bloody" one Go back to merchant after that, he will tell you about the pirates in SW part of Seaville. Whack them, get letter of imported goods from one of the bodys and go back to Hillborough to finish the quest.
2. Hillborough - when talking to guy in front merchant guild don't mention the letter, just say there were some bandits in Seaville. Doing that it :
-opens your way to merchants guild master, and you can do the Wishing wells quest (and find use for the 50.000 gold debt paper from Blackwood)
-gives you a way to blackmail the merchants guild bursar and obtain gold orb as cheap as 3000 gold - if you give the letter to guy in front of guild, you'll have to pay 5000 gold for the orb and he doesn't give you access to guild master. I don't know if there are other consequences, so it's your call

i have done all thet, summoned and killed the third keeper and now i am at the same point as you

when i go to the flying islands, there are closed gates and i cant go on

i dont know what to do next

I guess you got the living stone in Byridge - but the question is where ?!
I can't find the darn thing.

The gold part was from wishing wells, but I don't know either how it connects to main storyline.

yes, there are monsters (dinosaurs) in some part of Byridge
i think south wset? (not shure)

when you kill all of them, you get the stone from tha last one

i had problems too, because at first i couldn't find the last one
but they are all in the same area of the map in one corner, so you must not search for them in other parts of the map

damn, there are no walkthroughs for this game

I'm close to finishing it. I'm at the ruins, but i cant get past the last barrier ( the one that leads you to the center statue).

To get past the first barrier : just when you enter the island ruins, you will see two barred doors (or gratings or whatever, my english vocabulary sucks). In order to get through the right one ( the one with the zombies and other exits), you have to go near the ond in the left, equip a bow/crossbow, and shoot at the pillar thingie on the other side (the mouse cursor will change a bit if you have pointed the correct pillar). The door will open, and then you need to go through the small maze up to a wall with a lit torch thing. Click it/activate it and the barred door/grating on the right side will open and you can continue along.

Oh and to get past the magic barriers ( the ones that look like a big brown rock thing ) you need to get the staff from the lvl 15 hunter ( the leader of the hunters guild) . He is in the area before where you can enter the Flying island ruins. If i remember correctly you can either buy the staff or join the hunters guild to get it.
Now you have the staff, but you need to activate it. Just place the staff in the mixing panel in your hero invetory, and add elixir of life ( or was it holy water !? ) meh can't remember exactly.

Ps: buy some antidote potions because after the 2nd magic barrier you will have to fight some skeleton mages that do poison cloud dmg.
