Too bad, it doestn work with the new steam version.

Our Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 - Uprising Trainer is now available for version 17448507 and supports STEAM. Our Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 - Uprising message board is available to provide feedback on our trainers or cheats.

You need to run the trainer before starting STEAM and then it will work. If you start it after running STEAM, it will not work.

I've try it... unfortunely it doesn't work

When I launch game & press F1, ther is no sound "trainer activated".
