Watering can - given to you by mist when you start out.
Hoe - Same as above.
Sickle- After you have tilled around 40 pieces of land, talk to Erik (seed shop guy) a few times, doesn't matter when or where.
Axe - Till around 40 pieces of land and then talk to stella (nun) a few times.
Hammer - Go to whale island (water the plant in front of the clock tower) and once your reach a certain point in the cave (around the middle) the spa bath house woman will give you the hammer to destroy a rock blocking a hot spring.
Pet glove - Just explore the cave a bit, then talk to kross (emo) and he will give it to you.
