    So to speed up construction naturally you need factories?
    Did anybody try and increase manpower by increasing country's population? I am not currently home so i cant try myself.

    I tried, but nothing...Tried to change the population of a province but couldn't find the address.

    just found it! The saved games are in a "Muzzy Lane" folder in the hidden "ProgramData" under C: (win7)
